Is There an App for Reverse Phone Number Look Up?

February 5th, 2011

Question from JennieBlock
I have used your reverse phone number look up service before to find out who was calling my boyfriend and it worked. I nailed the person and busted her for calling my boyfriend. I’ve moved on but I was wondering if you can recommend an app for my iPhone so I can do a reverse phone number look up if necessary when I’m away from my computer?

Answer from ReversePhoneNumbers.com
There isn’t an app per se, that you can install and use. However if you have a phone with Internet capabilities, you have everything you need. Since you’ve already done a search through our vendor, you just need to log into your account (if you didn’t have an account, you’d just have to quickly create one).

Once you’re logged in you can pick the type of search you want to do and you know how it works. Your request will go through millions and millions of records in the database and look for a match. Both landlines as well as cell phone numbers will be searched. Unlisted numbers, unless specially hidden by the consumer, are also available when you do a reverse phone number look up.

Reverse Cell Phone Look up for AT&T?

February 4th, 2011

Question from MonaSamiK
I am getting harassing phone calls from someone that has an AT&T cell phone. My co-worker told me that AT&T won’t release any information regarding their subscribers and that’s why people with something to hide use AT&T instead of a company like Verizon. I have a hunch who is calling me but before I approach someone and wrongfully accuse them, I’d like to know for sure and do a reverse cell phone look up. Before I waste time and money – are AT&T recods included in your database?|

Answer from ReversePhoneNumbers.com
Absolutely you can find out who is calling you. The only exception is if the cell phone number is less than 30 days old. It can take one solid billing cycle for the information to reach our vendor’s database. Once there it will join millions and millions of records.

To answer your question specifically, yes AT&T records are included in our vendor’s database and if you’ve been getting calls now, it’s had time to be entered so you should have no problem seeing the name, address and additional phone numbers (like land line numbers) the person who owns the phone number that’s been calling you has in their name. And it all starts with a reverse cell phone look up.

Reverse Phone Numbers Address Search?

February 3rd, 2011

Question from NicoleTaylor
I have been getting really harassing phone calls on my cell phone from someone. I don’t know how it is and the area code is out of state. I want to find out who is calling me and I’d also like to find their address to send them a formal cease and desist contact letter as in my state it’s a necessity to formally ask someone to stop contacting you before you file a restraining order. I think just finding out who is doing this and letting know I know who they are and where they live will be enough to stop it. Can I use a reverse phone number search to find out that information?

Answer from ReversePhoneNumbers.com
Absolutely you can utilize our vendor’s database to find the information you need. A reverse cell phone number search will give you the name of the person that the account is registered to, their mailing address and also any land lines associated with the account. Some cell phone companies will also include additional contact numbers such as work numbers.

You should have no problem finding out who is contacting you and best of all, because your reverse phone number search is discreet, the person that you’re looking for won’t be tipped off that you know and you can fully catch them by surprise.
